Our school values teacher qualifications and training. All teachers have extensive teaching experience, with most holding a Bachelor of Education degree in Early Childhood Education, and the principal and some teachers even possessing Master of Education qualifications. We regularly encourage and recommend teachers to participate in professional seminars and workshops organized by the Education Bureau or various universities to enhance teacher quality.

Hello everyone! I am Principal Lin Jing’ai. It’s hard to believe I’ve been working in early childhood education for 22 years. Grateful for the blessings of God, I completed my Master of Education degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017. This experience has given me a more forward-looking theoretical foundation for school leadership, which I can apply to City Baptist Kindergarten. I can also offer parents more ideas on raising children.
It’s a pleasure to meet everyone at Kowloon City Baptist Kindergarten. City Baptist Kindergarten is a home full of love and joy. Happy times fly by. Over the past two years, I’ve experienced many different activities with parents and children. Sharing joys and sorrows with you has been my greatest blessing.
While book knowledge is important, I firmly believe that besides verbal instruction, leading by example is an indispensable part of nurturing children. Therefore, parents’ role models are equally important. A child’s growth is like a seedling, and I hope to work hand in hand with parents to cultivate many healthy and thriving plants, filling the garden of City Baptist Kindergarten with even more colorful flowers!
